About Us

I make wine the same way I trained in medicine: slowly, and with the chemistry in front of me.

I’m Michael Dawson. Biochemistry and cell biology at UC San Diego, medicine at USC, enology and viticulture at UC Davis. I still work as a radiologist.

Taylor Noelle and Natalie Grace are my daughters. Those two labels are named for them.

The tasting room is in Los Alamitos. Grapes come from a handful of Central Coast vineyards. We bottle small lots and pour them here.
